Agen108 operates the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at agen108.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between Agen108 and any individual (the "Player" or "User") who registers an account,esses, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.

By accessing agen108.cam — whether to browse, register, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses, or communicate with our support team — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. This agreement also incorporates by reference ourPrivacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the Platform at any given time.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Player" / "User" — any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or is in the process of doing so.
• "Account" — the unique, personal gambling account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any active bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering or rollover requirements.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process, which may include submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other documents as required.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the sole fiat currency denomination used on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is illegal under applicable local law.

Participation on the Agen108 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the Player's account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age.Agen108 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under 21. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your country or region.
• Single Account: Each Player may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per Player — whether created under the same or different identities — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for permanent account suspension.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts opened by individuals acting under a power of attorney, or on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation, are not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the Platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

To access real-money games and betting markets on Agen108, a Player must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, full name as per their Malaysian MyKad or passport, date of birth, and a Malaysian mobile phone number.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password). Agen108 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure. Any activity carried out under a Player's account — whether authorised by the Player or not — is the Player's responsibility.

KYC Verification: Agen108 operates a mandatory KYC process. Players will be required to submit identity documents (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent) before their first withdrawal is processed, or at any time at the Platform's discretion. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure.

By using the Agen108 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, systematic, or professional exploitation.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or extract data.

• You agree not to conduct any form of chip dumping, collusion, or match-fixing on the Platform's poker, table game, or sports betting products.

All financial transactions on Agen108 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) for qualifying accounts.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to the Player's account within five (5) minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Agen108 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, the Player's payment service provider may impose their own fees.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. DuitNow transfers take approximately 15–60 minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to three (3) business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal Conditions: A withdrawal request will only be approved where:

• The Player's KYC verification has been approved;
• All wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been met in full;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's applicable daily or tier-based withdrawal limit; and
• The account is in good standing with no pending disputes, flags, or compliance holds.

Agen108 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for high-value withdrawal requests. Players will be informed promptly of any such requirement.

Agen108 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a RM100 bonus with a x15 rollover requires RM1,500 in eligible bets before any withdrawal is possible.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or wager is typically RM50 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not utilised within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain promotional credits are classified as "sticky" — meaning the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn, only net winnings generated from it (after wagering requirements are met).
• Maximum Cashout: Some promotions specify a maximum cashout limit on bonus-derived winnings. Where a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

The following rules apply to all wagering activities conducted on the Agen108 Platform, including slots, live casino games, and sports betting markets:

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are subject to the official result at the end of the applicable event or period. Agen108 follows recognised industry standards for the settlement of sporting events. In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of Agen108's trading team is final.
• Live Betting: Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted subject to available odds at the time of bet submission. Network latency or connectivity issues on the Player's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Slots & RNG Games: All slot and table games are powered by certified RNG software. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except in specific circumstances (e.g., a void event or technical error on the Platform's side).
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Individual game and market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary by Player tier and game type.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Agen108 Platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform while located in a prohibited territory;
• Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction intended to disguise the origin of funds;
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, or AI-assisted tools to place bets or interact with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting abuse;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward Agen108 staff or other Players;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation; and
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine wagering intent.

Agen108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A voluntary self-exclusion request by the Player; or
• A mandatory exclusion order issued by a relevant regulatory or supervisory body.

Where an account is closed due to Player breach, any bonus funds credited to the account will be forfeited. Real-money balance remaining after deduction of any bonus or promotional credits may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance review.

All content on the Agen108 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Agen108 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants Players any right, licence, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, deep-link, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Agen108. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agen108 excludes all liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from:

• A Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any technical failure, interruption, or downtime of the Platform;
• Any bet outcome, game result, or sporting event outcome;
• Any third-party payment service provider failure or delay; or
• Any loss of gambling funds whether by error, fraud, or system failure, except where such loss is directly attributable to a proven fault on the part of Agen108.

Agen108 shall not be liable for any loss in excess of the net real-money balance held in a Player's account at the time any disputed event occurs. All disputes must be raised with our support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant event occurring.

Agen108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to support Players in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to be alerted after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 months. During self-exclusion, all access to the Platform is revoked.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — Agen108 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players and/or a prominent in-platform notification.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarification of existing clauses, or updates to payment method lists) may be made without prior notice and shall take effect immediately upon publication. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Where a Player does not accept an amended version of the Terms, they must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Agen108. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process administered by Agen108's compliance team.

All disputes must be submitted in writing (in English) to our support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Agen108 will acknowledge disputes within three (3) business days and issue a final decision within twenty-one (21) business days of acknowledging the dispute.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
